Possible Cause:

  • Water tub not inserted properly
  • Water tub seal not inserted properly
  • Humidifier end cap not inserted properly

Solution:

  • Ensure water tub is correctly inserted
  • Open water tub, ensure seal is correctly inserted
  • Ensure humidifier end cap is correctly inserted
