My Card downloads are not working


You may need to consider the following:

  • Card Download is supported on English and Japanese OS only
  • Java: Ensure that the supported Java version is installed
  • Card reader: The card reader may be faulty, try using another card reader or testing the card reader on another computer
  • SD Card:

1. The SD card may contain foreign files that will not be suitable for ECO/AirView upload.
2. The SD card may contain corrupt data
3. No data on SD card
4. Your session may have expired. Click on your browser back button or the ResMed logo to login again
