Data has not been received for more than 3 days


Check the following:

For AirSense 10 Devices
1. Ensure that the therapy device is turned on. If it is disconnected from the wall socket and the device is not receiving any power, there will not be any data transmitted from the communication module to AirView
2. Check the Signal Strength on the device
3. Check if the Data Access plan for the patient is valid and correct
