Why isn't my device functioning as expected? My device is not working. What can I do?

ResMed services our devices through our suppliers. However, I will need to get some additional information from you in order to document this incident. Can you please provide me the following:

  • Your First and Last Name
  • Your Email Address
  • What is the Model/Catalog Number of your device?
  • What is the Serial Number of your device?
  • Description of the problem or issue
  • Date the issue occurred
  • Was the machine in use when the issue occurred?
  • Did the problem cause you any harm?

Please contact your healthcare or home medical equipment provider who originally provided you with your machine to have them service your device. If you do not know who your home medical equipment provider is, we can assist you to locate one in your area.
