Why does the patient complain there is air coming out of their tube?

The ActiveAir design of the AirMini system requires the venting to be located in the tube rather than the mask. This venting can be mistaken for a leak. Have the patient double-check their tubing to ensure it is assembled as specified in the "Setting up and starting therapy" section of the AirMini User guide. If they notice air leaking from anywhere other than the vent, the tube may be damaged.
