Which criteria is used for the apnea scoring in the for Her device?

The scoring algorithm remains the same as S9 (which was validated against the latest AASM scoring criteria). What has been added to the algorithms in the for Her device (CPAP, Auto and Auto for Her modes) is to recognize events which are less than 10 seconds; this is RERA detection. RERA detection will pick up any arousal caused by respiratory disturbance, including short apneas and periods of flow limitation which may cause arousal.
