Ensure that the option “Enable the next generation Java Plug-in (requires browser restart)” is enabled for the SD card download to work in Internet Explorer.

Please assess its compatibility with other applications used within the organization (consult with your organization's IT team) before enabling this option.

This option can be accessed by browsing to Start>Setting>Control Panel>Java> Advanced>under the “Java Plug-in” section.
