Possible Cause:

Water tub not inserted properly
Water tub seal not inserted properly
Humidifier end cap not inserted properly

Solution:

Ensure water tub is correctly inserted
Open water tub, ensure seal is correctly inserted
Ensure humidifier end cap is correctly inserted
