Noninvasive ventilation (NIV)

NIV is a noninvasive way to deliver air to your system in an effort to help you breathe. In NIV, pressurised air is delivered from a device that sits on your bedside table, to a mask that you wear over your face. It does not require any surgery or any equipment to enter your body.
