When the patient puts on the mask on the face and starts breathing, the device shall record a mask on event. Similarly, when the mask is removed, a mask off event is recorded by the device. Hence for every mask on event there is ideally a corresponding mask off event. For example, when the patient switches off the device immediately after the therapy, the device does not get a chance to record the mask off event and this lead to a mismatch/non-matching mask on & mask off event. The total duration of the therapy is recorded
The charts page (webpage) is based upon mask on/mask off events, but the colouring of the compliance bar, and also the duration in the compliance PDF report is based on the total duration.
Summary data with non-matching pairs of Mask ON and Mask OFF events are not shown on the charts page.
This does not affect compliance calculations shown under usage for that day in the report. However, It will display incorrect value on the chart for that day with non-matching pairs of Mask ON and Mask OFF events.
