My score is not available. What can I do?
Check that:
- Your CPAP machine is turned on and plugged into power.
- You have a good wireless signal on your machine.
The more bars you see on the wireless signal icon on your machine, the better the signal strength. If you do not see many bars, move the machine to a better location. - Your machine is not set to airplane mode.
