My device is turning on and off unexpectedly, what do I do?

It’s possible your device has the SmartStart feature activated. SmartStart begins your sleep apnea therapy as soon as you breathe into your mask. When you remove your mask, it stops automatically after a few seconds. In order to determine the exact cause of the error we recommend you contact your home medical equipment provider to evaluate the device. I will need to get some information from you in order to document this incident.
