I have plugged in the ApneaLink device but it is not linked to my patient’s AirView. Why?

Ensure that the ApneaLink Air device is correctly plugged into your computer using a USB cable. The ApneaLink Plus device data will have to be downloaded using the ApneaLink PC software. It is not cloud-enabled.
