The water humidification system on all ResMed devices is 100% compatible with the AirTouch F20 cushion, regardless of your setting. It does not impact the foam degradation or bacteria growth.

As you would with any new mask, you may want to adjust your humidification settings on your CPAP device based on your comfort preference.
