Are there special steps I need to take to look after and maintain these magnets?

Magnetic Headgear Clips

No additional steps are required outside of normal mask maintenance. For at home use, leave the magnets attached to the headgear and wash once a week by soaking and agitating in warm water using a mild liquid detergent for up to 10 minutes.
