AirSense™ 11 is ResMed’s next generation of sleep apnea therapy, combining our proven1-3 algorithms and technologies with the latest digital innovations. Its sleek design compliments any bedroom and supports users in feeling more confident about their treatment. The desired result is a more comfortable and user-friendly experience for customers, made to empower them to start with confidence, achieve therapy adherence and better clinical outcomes.
AirSense 11 combines our proven1-3 therapy algorithms AutoSet™ and AutoSet™ for Her,† with new digital care features such as our Personal Therapy Assistant, Test Drive in ResMed myAir™ and Care Check-In – where device set-up can be tailored to individual needs and customer progress can be monitored remotely via AirView ™.
Whether set up remotely or in-person, Personal Therapy Assistant provides an interactive experience designed to help your customers start therapy with confidence and self-resolve common therapy issues. Available through ResMed’s patient engagement app, myAir™ ≠, Personal Therapy Assistant offers voice-guided video setup instructions and Test Drive, a therapy acclimation tool designed to help users become more comfortable with using their AirSense 11 device. Empowering users to self-resolve common therapy issues may improve compliance and save you time with fewer troubleshooting calls and mask refits.
Support with starting CPAP therapy is built into ResMed AirSense™ 11 with the Care Check-In feature.
Time-based check-in questions are asked throughout the first 28 days of therapy, either through the myAir app‡ or directly on the device. Check-in questions are also asked every 6 months post-purchase. This provides users with an opportunity to provide feedback about their therapy progression. The Care Check-In responses deliver tailored coaching advice and support, encouraging users to stay on therapy and troubleshoot common therapy issues.
If users choose to opt in, data from their responses will be available to view in AirView™,* providing you with a deeper understanding of their therapy progress and an opportunity to address issues early in their therapy journey.
Automatic over-the-air updates˄ ensure you and your customers benefit from future ResMed features and software upgrades on our AirSense 11 devices, so the latest technology is available always.
AirSense 11 includes both the AutoSet and AutoSet for Her algorithms, which are among the most clinically published in the field of sleep-disordered breathing. It works to automatically adjust to each customer's therapy pressure as their needs change – hourly, nightly and from season to season – to deliver the customer’s ideal lowest therapy pressure.
ResMed Air Solutions is our ecosystem that includes AirSense 11, AirFit™ and AirTouch™ masks, and digital offerings such as ResMed AirView, our remote monitoring platform, and myAir, our patient engagement app. These work seamlessly together to support in delivering an optimised therapy experience for your customers and have been proven to help users acclimate and adhere to therapy.
