I have just activated one of my inactivated patients. How do I activate the monitoring schedule for this patient?

For AirSense10 Devices:
1. Ensure that the Data Access plan for the patient is still active
2. Contact the HCP Admin/Clinical user with Data Access Manager permission to provide a relevant Data Access
