Start - Hold start/stop button until light shows green, then release button. The device is recording properly when the green light stays on. / Stop - To stop recording, press the start/stop button until the light goes off (~1.5 sec). / Shut Off - Hold in button until the light goes off. |
| Where do I position the recorder and effort belt for best data results? |
For best results, position the recorder directly in the middle of the upper chest and adjust the effort belt so it is snug without being too tight. |
